As of September 17th, 2020 our original patient portal has been retired and we will be moving ahead with a more modern interface. While no longer technically beta testing, there will be some glitches to work through. Please advise us of any that you should encounter so that we may continue to work with both the company that maintains EMR (electronic medical records) and their patient portal partner.
There are still many features that we have not made available yet through the portal, and these will gradually be introduced so that we are able to focus on getting the core features optimized. Once we ensure that messaging and surveys are fully functioning we intend to move forward with live scheduling. Hoping to accomplish this over the next month or two.
